Der State Street Investor Confidence Index für institutionelle Investoren schwächelt weiter. Nach einem Rückgang im Vormonat ist er im Juli erneut um 9,2 Basispunkte auf 84,8 Punkte gesunken. Die Risikobereitschaft der Investoren nimmt folglich ab.
Ein Wert von 100 ist neutral; dies ist der Wert, bei dem Investoren ihren langfristigen Anteil an risikoreichen Anlagen weder erhöhen noch verringern.
“Risk appetite pulled back this month after reaching the multiyear highsthat wererecorded in June, although this still makes July the secondstrongest showing for the ICI ina year,” commented Marvin Loh, senior macro strategist, State Street Global Markets.“While economies continued to open, the mounting number of virus cases in the U.S. and across various emerging markets tempered last month’s positive momentum. The European ICI fell the least, as the virus remainsmore contained than other parts of the world. Interestingly, sentiment in Asia also deteriorated even though the region was the first to emerge from lockdown, as a prolonged economic recovery may now be impactinginvestor outlook.” (ah)
